Description: This mounting bracket allows the installation of 2 autonomous forced-air heaters Autoterm Air 2D of 2 kW in the floor or walls with a thickness of up to 90 mm. While a forced-air heater is generally designed to be installed in thin sheet metal walls or floors, this fitting also allows the installation of heaters in an insulated floor structure with a wood panel or directly sandwiched in a floor up to 90 mm thick. This mounting bracket eliminates the need to mark and drill many different holes for combustion air intake and exhaust gases, fuel line, and fasteners - these are already integrated into the fitting, allowing the heaters to be mounted directly on the platform. Only a rectangular cutout of about 213 x 130 mm is required. Note, this mounting bracket is designed for large vehicles. Procedure: Find a flat installation location with a maximum total thickness of 90 mm (e.g., floor sheet + insulation + wood panel). Cut a rectangular opening of 213 x 130 mm. Insert and screw the installation fitting with sealing mastic. Insert the heaters from the inside into the fitting and mount all pipes, etc. from the outside. This bracket is compatible with Autoterm Air 2D forced-air heaters, as well as other brands of heaters with the same fitting pattern.
