Choosing the right battery capacity
The choice of battery capacity depends on the level of autonomy you need.
If you only plan to power a 12V compressor fridge and a few lights, a kit with a 100Ah battery will be sufficient.
If you want to connect more accessories and enjoy longer autonomy (over several days), you should opt for a 200Ah or 314Ah battery.
Choosing the right inverter capacity
The inverter choice depends on the 220V appliances you want to use in your vehicle.
For example, if you plan to use a microwave consuming 1200W, a 1500W inverter is recommended.
To use a coffee machine (500–700W) and a microwave (1200W) at the same time, a system with a 2000W inverter is required.
The recommended minimum to charge a laptop and use low-consumption 220V devices is a 600W inverter.
💡 Note:
A system with a 2000W inverter includes components that consume a lot of energy. In this case, a 314Ah battery is recommended to ensure sufficient stored energy and avoid power shortages.
