Product Presentation

The Sikaflex-552 AT is a high-performance adhesive sealant developed with Sika's hybrid polyurethane technology (STP). Isocyanate-free, it is specially designed for demanding bonding applications requiring durable and strong adhesion. Versatile, it is perfectly suited for body parts and exterior assemblies subjected to high stress.

Main Applications

  • Ideal for mounting exterior parts requiring strong adhesion

  • Recommended for installing roof extensions, spoilers, solar panels, etc.

  • Suitable for bonding objects on automotive bodywork

  • Can be painted over with most automotive paints, including water-based ones

Usage Tips

  • Content: 300 ml cartridge

  • Recommended preparation with Sika Cleaner 205 (cleaning/degreasing)

  • Application with cartridge gun (manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered)

  • Application temperatures: between +5 °C and +40 °C

  • Optimal range: between +15 °C and +25 °C
