Surface preparer SIKA Primer 507
Since 1932, SIKA has been established in France and offers innovative solutions in many fields: industry, boating, automotive, concrete, roofing, repair, joints, and bonding. With over 1200 employees, the French subsidiary relies on recognized expertise.
The SIKA Primer 507 is a surface preparer designed to improve the adhesion of adhesives on a wide variety of substrates. To be applied on a clean and dry surface, free of dust and grease, it is suitable for metals (vehicle bodywork), glass (windshields), painted surfaces as well as plastics.
This new generation primer replaces the SIKA Primer 207, while complying with current standards thanks to a composition containing less than 0.1% diisocyanate monomers and not requiring REACH safety training.
Application of SIKA Primer 507

Shake the bottle well until you hear the metal ball, then continue shaking for one minute.

Then apply a thin layer using a brush. One application is enough.

Les fenêtres sont-elles compatibles avec fourgon aménagé ?
- Oui les fenêtres sont compatibles avec tous types de fourgons aménagés (à paroi galbée) et camping-cars (à paroi plate). La courbure du véhicule est compensée par le contre-cadre intérieur en aluminium de la fenêtre qui reprend la forme du véhicule lors de l’installation (comme indiqué dans le tutoriel de pose fourni)
A quoi correspond le cadre ?
- Il y a le contre-cadre de fixation (structurel) qui est fourni avec toutes les fenêtres. Et il y a le contre-cadre de finition (avec le store occultant et la moustiquaire) qui est disponible en option sur certains modèles
Quelle est la dimension de découpe de la tôle ?
- Pour toutes les fenêtres et les lanterneaux, les dimensions indiquées sont celles de la découpe dans la paroi du véhicule. Donc une fenêtre de 700x400 nécessitera un trou de 700mm x 400mm. La dimension extérieure est de 3cm de plus (donc 730x430mm) et les dimensions extérieures du cadre intérieur de finition (avec store occultant et moustiquaire) sont de 8cm de plus (780x480) par rapport à la dimension de découpe
Quelle est la différence entre les fenêtres SHADE, SQUARE, LIGHT, SLIDE, et SLIDE LIGHT ?
- La différence est essentiellement esthétique. Les fenêtres SHADE, SQUARE, et LIGHT sont toutes à projection. Les SHADE et les SQUARE ont un vitrage teinté (10% de transmission de lumière) tandis que les Light ont une teinte gris clair. La forme du cadre diffère aussi : les fenêtres SHADE et LIGHT ont des coins arrondis tandis que les SQUARE ont des bords rectangulaires. Toutes les fenêtres sont compatibles avec van.
Enfin la différence entre les fenêtres SLIDE et SLIDE LIGHT est que la SLIDE a un vitrage teinté (10% de transmission de lumière) et la SLIDE LIGHT a un vitrage gris clair
Est-il plus facile d’installer une fenêtre à bords rectangulaires ?
- La procédure pour installer une fenêtre à bords rectangulaire (à projection ou coulissante) est exactement la même que pour les bords arrondis.
